VaultFinance is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data — or more accurately, how we don't. VaultFinance is designed from the ground up to keep your financial data private and under your control.
None. VaultFinance does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data on external servers. We have no servers, no databases, no analytics, and no tracking.
All data you enter into VaultFinance — including expenses, income, accounts, debts, goals, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage (UserDefaults and App Groups). Your data never leaves your phone.
VaultFinance does not connect to any bank, financial institution, or third-party financial service. We never ask for bank credentials, account numbers, or any financial login information.
VaultFinance does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:
VaultFinance offers optional voice input using Apple's on-device speech recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer). Voice processing happens entirely on your device. No audio data is sent to VaultFinance or any third party. Apple's own privacy policies govern the speech recognition framework.
VaultFinance includes home screen widgets that display your financial data. This data is shared between the main app and the widget using Apple's App Groups framework, which keeps the data on your device. No data is transmitted externally.
VaultFinance offers optional premium subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.
VaultFinance allows you to export your data as PDF or CSV files. These exports are generated on your device and shared using Apple's native share sheet. We have no access to exported files.
Since all data is stored on your device, you have complete control over it. To delete all VaultFinance data, simply delete the app from your device. All associated data will be permanently removed.
VaultFinance is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of VaultFinance after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
