By downloading, installing, or using VaultFinance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
VaultFinance is a personal finance tracking application for iOS. The App allows users to manually track expenses, income, accounts, debts, savings goals, and investments. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or banking services.
VaultFinance is a tracking and budgeting tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The budget splits, insights, and calculations provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor for decisions regarding your finances.

All data entered into VaultFinance is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. If you delete the App, all data will be permanently lost. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
VaultFinance offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
VaultFinance may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels. VaultFinance does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
The App includes an optional voice input feature (currently in Beta) powered by Apple's on-device speech recognition. Voice processing occurs entirely on your device. The accuracy of voice recognition may vary and VaultFinance is not responsible for errors in voice-to-text transcription.
VaultFinance and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, logo, user interface, and code — are owned by VaultFinance and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VaultFinance does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
VaultFinance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
